Tool Availability & Uptime
We work to keep every tool reliably available, but occasional vendor-side outages or maintenance can happen. We monitor and resolve issues as quickly as possible and will communicate significant disruptions.
Payment Terms & Subscriptions
Payment details and available methods are shared when you get started. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly agreed — we'll always confirm with you before extending access. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
ShowZone Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the tools we provide access to, including third-party service interruptions outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant access period.
